Responsibilities

About Us:

Three active, founder-built Pakistani brands with real market traction — established audiences across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, validated products/services, and working production infrastructure. We're looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our content team and help bring raw footage to life across all three brands — building your skills and portfolio alongside a fast-moving, hands-on creative team.

The Role:

You will support the content team by transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality video for YouTube, TikTok, and Social platforms across all three brands. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their editing career to learn fast, work close to the founder and senior creatives, and build a strong portfolio in a real, functioning content pipeline.

What You'll Own:

Assembling raw footage, cutting sequences, syncing audio, and applying basic transitions, graphics, and sound effects

Reformatting content for various platforms (9:16 vertical for Shorts/Reels, 16:9 for traditional viewing)

Organizing, labeling, and archiving raw footage and project files

Working closely with senior editors and producers to execute the creative vision and quickly implement feedback

Staying on top of social media video trends and editing styles, and bringing fresh ideas into the edit

Required Background

1–2 years of video editing experience (internships, freelance work, or a strong personal portfolio all count)

Proficiency in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions

A solid grasp of pacing, visual storytelling, basic color correction, and audio mixing

Compensation:
