Job summary

Khanewal is seeking a GMP-focused Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager to supervise GMP activities, ensure audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement without compromising quality.

You will review and update SOPs, manage deviations and CAPA, monitor inventory risks, and report KPIs while collaborating with QA, QC, Production and Supply Chain. Education: Pharm-D; SAP MM/WMS knowledge; 3–5 years in pharma; permanent contract in Karachi area.

Qualifications

• GMP/cGMP knowledge and safety compliance required.

Reporting To: Senior Manager Warehouse

Contract Type: Permanent

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry)

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise GMP activities and ensure ongoing GMP compliance, including readiness for internal and external audits/inspections.
• Ensure timely review and updating of SOPs to maintain compliance, relevance, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects without compromising quality, compliance, or business continuity.
• Manage deviations and change controls and ensure timely completion of associated CAPA and action plans.
• Monitor and report inventory risks and maintain the Warehouse Productivity/KPI dashboard.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other operational stakeholders.
