ibex. is looking for Assistant Manager - Project Management who can monitor and close projects to deliver results that exceed expectations on time.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception through monitoring and closing, to ensure timely delivery exceeding expectations.
  2. Gather requirements, define scope, allocate resources, and establish schedules that meet or surpass project demands.
  3. Attend and conduct client meetings to assist in determining project requirements.
  4. Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  5. Communicate relevant project information effectively and accurately to all stakeholders.
  6. Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by internal departments.
  7. Utilize project management tools to track plans, work hours, and schedules.
  8. Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  9. Propose ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, fostering this mindset in others.
  10. Oversee planning, application development, verification, and risk management in software projects.
  11. Assist the project team in resolving issues promptly to prevent negative impacts on project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of core project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; certifications in Agile or PMI are a plus.
  • Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong planning and implementation abilities.
  • Capability to achieve high results under pressure.
  • Experience in project documentation.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI, or CSPO are advantageous.
