Job Description
  • Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions across operations.
  • Supervise raw material, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Monitor and validate testing methods for accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify quality gaps and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).
  • Supervise and guide QA/QC teams for effective performance.
  • Train staff on quality standards, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Maintain all QA documentation, records, and reports.

Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

Job Specification
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience in garments, gloves, or textile manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards, QA procedures, and defect classifications.
  • Hands-on experience in batch auditing at multiple stages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems for reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership capability to manage QA auditors and coordinate with other departments.
