Job summary

ICAP is seeking a dynamic and energetic professional to support the PAIB Committee of ICAP, reporting to the Senior Manager of the Continuing Professional Development Department. The role covers end-to-end execution of projects such as conferences, trainings, competitions and advocacy meetings, plus any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

Certified Business Accountant (CBA) of ICAP or holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s (4 years) in a related discipline from an HE C-recognized University.
Experience developing business reports/publications is preferred.
4–5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the execution of projects and activities in liaison with the line manager and PAIB sub committees.
Coordinate with designers and the marketing department for content development using infographics and visual aids.
Create content for PAIB initiatives, including post-conference takeaways and white papers.
Conduct research to curate conference content and flag updates in finance and business sectors.
Ensure timely delivery and meet deadlines for PAIB projects.
Handle additional tasks assigned by the line manager to ensure smooth PAIB project execution.
