Job description
Materials Management
  • On the basis of market forecast, actual sales, availability of materials and existing FG stock levels. Follow up’s to ensure availability of stocks to meet sales objectives.
  • Procurement of Local Materials Raw/Packaging Delivery Scheduling.
  • Day to day dealing with vendors; meetings/visiting their facility to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • To coordinate with different manufacturing units, outsource manufacturing sites and different departments to achieve the organizational objectives.
  • Market Forecast, Actual Sales, Finished Goods Stocks, Materials Availability
Procurement
  • Price, quality, lead times, reliability & costs MOQ (minimum order Qty)
Production Planning
  • Inventory Control
  • Materials Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Imported Materials (LC/BC/TT)(6 months Inv)
  • In selecting a supplier, a number of factors must be analyzed.
Production Planning Monthly Production Plan
  • Planning delivery timetables
  • Ensuring stores have enough stock
  • Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
  • Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
  • Monitoring stock levels
