Job summary

A leading HR firm in Pakistan is seeking an HR Manager to oversee compliance with employment regulations, manage the HR team, and handle employee grievances. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management, HR certifications, and 3-5 years of managerial HR experience. Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential. This role is based in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi and requires office attendance.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of HR experience (Assistant HR Manager).
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring procedures comply with employment regulations.
  • Analysing and updating company policies.
  • Creating new policies as required.
  • Managing and training the HR team.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Designing training programs.
  • Dealing with employee grievances or conflicts.
  • Setting pay structures and employee perks.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
  • Analysing existing policies, and making changes as appropriate.
  • Assessing areas where policies are needed and create new policies as required.
  • Managing and training the HR team.
  • Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and lateness.
  • Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly.
  • Supporting managers and staff by dealing with employee grievances or conflicts.
  • Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.
Skills Requirements
  • Excellent English Language Speaking Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff.
  • A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
  • Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement
