Qualifications

Job description

Bachelors in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum and Gas Engineering with at least 02 – 03 years of experience in Operational / Process Industry. Candidate having working experience on SCADA / DCS / PLC will be preferred. The position is required for shift duties.

Responsibilities:

• Transmission Pipeline pressures monitoring on SCADA.
• The role requires a high-level attention to detail as well as the ability to react quickly.
• Responding to alarms and alerts generated by the system, investigating issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
• Communicating with field personnel and other members of the control room team to coordinate system maintenance, repairs, and other activities.
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements and working with other team members to implement changes.
• Meeting all the targets set by SSGC and Gas Swap arrangements.
• Data entry and logging of all activities during the shifts.
