You will maintain accurate patient records, ensure proper handovers, and adhere to infection control and safety policies while participating in ongoing clinical training and development

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate patient care under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
• Assist in patient assessment, monitoring of vital signs and timely reporting of changes in condition.
• Assist in clinical procedures, emergency care and daily nursing activities.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, patient records and proper handover.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, hospital policies and participate in clinical training.
