Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' business requirements to design solutions in Dynamics ERP.
• Support preparation of solution designs and gap analysis.
• Draft functional specifications for customizations.
• Conduct process walkthrough workshops for clients.
• Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and guide customers.
• Assist in data migration strategies and oversee uploads.
• Provide post-go-live support and upsell services if needed.
