Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Creativity and attention to detail in decorating baked goods.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all products.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies are running low.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
