Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the textile industry is preferred.

  • Strong product knowledge necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customers' portfolio to meet sales and collection targets.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in preparing sales forecasts.
  • Deliver targeted gross margins regularly.
  • Develop new customers and revive lost customers.
  • Liaise with customer services for effective support.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competition and trends.
  • Coordinate with technical services for complaint handling.

Job description

Manage the assigned customers' portfolio to ensure that sales and collection targets are met as per the plan and/or assigned targets.

Support and assist the Director Sales in preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to support the procurement/supply chain team in arranging the required materials on time.

Deliver the targeted gross margins for the assigned portfolio/territory on regular basis.

Develop the new customers and revive the lost customers to ensure continuous growth of the business, in the assigned territory.

To liase with the customer services team to ensure prompt and effective customer services for the assigned portfolio/territory.

Regularly provide market intelligence pertaining to competition, market behaviors & industry trends and provide input for developing the appropriate business plans and counter strategies.

Coordinate with technical services team for timely complaint handling and prompt pre & post-sales support to the customers.

Ensure effective and timely use of the CRM to keep the data & portfolio status updated.

Any other jobs/special assignments/projects assigned by the management or line manager.

Requirements & Skills
  • Well Versed in English and Urdu (Written and Verbal)
