Prepare sales targets for the supervisors and sales team and, upon approval, translate them into a plan of action to ensure timely achievement. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field, including preparing sales estimates, stock analysis, and stock distribution. Identify variances from sales targets and take corrective measures.
Requirements & Skills: Regular market visits to obtain feedback; ensure the sales team also regularly visits the market to gather information and opportunities.
