Job summary

NexaVision is seeking an Architecture Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex construction projects in Lahore. You will manage a team of architects, coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders, and oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to completion.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of codes and construction methods, and proven ability to deliver high-quality designs on schedule and budget. Accommodations provided for non-locals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers and other professionals to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and conceptualization to construction and completion.
• Review and approve architectural designs, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Mentor and train junior architects in the team.
