Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects from initial concept to final completion You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural plans and designs for various projects
• Manage all phases of the project from initial concept to final completion
• Supervise a team of architects engineers and contractors
• Ensure that all project requirements are met in terms of quality budget and timeline
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and approve design documents including drawings specifications and contracts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Manager or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles building codes and construction methods
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
