• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and plans that meet client requirements.
• Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess feasibility of designs.
• Prepare project specifications and cost estimates.
