Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, clients, contractors, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine building designs.
• Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Research and select materials for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress.

• Work with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals in the construction process.
