We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final construction. Your primary duties will include creating detailed drawings and models, conducting site surveys and coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software
• Create 3D models of proposed designs
• Conduct site surveys to gather accurate measurements and information
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project designs meet all technical specifications and building codes
• Prepare reports, presentations and cost estimates for projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the design process
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and models
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Requirements

• Professional accreditation from the Association of Architectural Technologists (AAT) or similar organization
• Experience working on commercial or large‑scale residential projects

Salary: $1100 per month, negotiable based on experience.
