Job summary

Premier Choice International in Rawalpindi seeks an Architect with 3–5 years of experience to lead design of multi-storey mixed-use buildings, with strong skills in space planning, exterior and interior design, and 3D visualization.

You will produce drawings and 3D renders, use AI-based design tools, coordinate with internal teams and consultants, and ensure design outputs meet project requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in designing multi-storey mixed-use buildings.
• Strong expertise in architectural design and space planning.
• Expertise in rendering and architectural visualization.
• Experience with exterior and interior design is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for multi-storey mixed-use buildings.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Handle space planning, exterior design, and interior design as required.
• Produce high-quality 3D renders, architectural visualizations, and walkthroughs.
• Utilize the latest architectural design software and AI-based design and rendering tools.
• Develop design concepts in line with project requirements, functionality, aesthetics, and industry standards.
• Research and incorporate modern architectural trends, construction materials, finishes, and design solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and refine designs based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure design outputs are accurate, detailed, and aligned with project standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments while meeting project deadlines.
