Qualifications

• Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, along with insurance guidelines.
• Experience with EHR and billing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact insurance payers to check the status of claims.
• Review denied claims and file appeals with documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate adjustment posting.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports.
