You will manage physical, chemical, colorfastness, and performance tests, coordinate with internal and third‑party labs, review test reports, ensure compliance with international standards, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in textile-related field or closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on garment/textile testing or QA experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical, chemical, colorfastness, dimensional stability and performance tests on fabrics and garments.
• Coordinate testing with internal and third-party laboratories.
• Review and verify test reports against customer specifications and applicable standards.
• Identify testing failures and coordinate corrective actions with Quality, Production and Merchandising teams.
• Maintain accurate testing records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, international standards and company procedures.
• Support quality teams in resolving testing-related issues and improving product performance.
