Role Description

The Animator role at IAL Saatchi & Saatchi is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Animator will create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations and motion graphics for advertising campaigns, digital content, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing storyboards, collaborating with creative directors and designers, refining concepts into animated sequences, and integrating motion capture data when needed. The role involves preparing assets, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines, and delivering files optimized for various platforms. The Animator will also participate in creative reviews, give and receive feedback, and work within project timelines to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Animation and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual craft.
• Ability to develop clear Storyboarding concepts that translate creative ideas into effective visual sequences.
• Experience with Motion Capture workflows and integration into animation pipelines is an advantage.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary creative and account teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or 3D tools such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D).
• Strong sense of timing, composition, and visual narrative, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Relevant education in Animation, Design, Media Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
