Job summary

Glimstech in Bahawalpur is seeking an Android developer to design, build, and optimize native apps using Java and Kotlin. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver secure, scalable mobile experiences.

Responsibilities include REST API integrations, SQLite/Room data persistence, and following MVVM/MVP patterns. You will write clean, testable code, perform unit testing, and stay current with Android SDKs and Play Store guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design.
• Familiarity with MVVM/MVP architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third‑party libraries.
• Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of mobile security practices and app publishing process.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
