Techxoma, a Karachi-based digital solutions company, seeks an AI Video Editor for full-time on-site work crafting high-performing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and direct response assets. You’ll edit, color grade, stage motion graphics, and blend AI visuals with voiceovers to drive conversions across channels.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and design teams to test variations, refine performance, and uphold brand consistency while meeting tight deadlines.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor role based in Karāchi, focused on creating high-performing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and direct response video assets using tools such as Higgsfield and other AI video platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing and assembling video content, optimizing pacing and storytelling for conversion-focused campaigns, and integrating AI-generated visuals and voiceovers into cohesive narratives. The role involves color grading, sound syncing, adding motion graphics and text overlays, and adapting content for various digital channels. The AI Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, and design teams to test creative variations, refine performance, and maintain brand consistency while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production and video editing, including assembling footage, structuring VSLs, and optimizing videos for direct response marketing.
• Proficiency in video color grading to ensure consistent visual quality, mood, and brand alignment across all video assets.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics, such as animated text, callouts, and visual cues that support persuasive messaging.
• Experience working with AI video tools (e.g., Higgsfield or similar platforms) and comfort experimenting with AI-assisted workflows.
• Knowledge of direct response and performance marketing principles, including hooks, offers, and calls to action in video formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools).
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and data-driven creative iteration.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
