The editor will combine creative judgment with AI-assisted production tools to turn concepts and source materials into clear, platform-ready videos. This role suits a detail-oriented creator who can manage editing workflows from initial brief through final delivery.

• Edit and assemble video footage, images, audio, voiceovers, and motion elements into cohesive content.
• Use AI tools to support tasks such as media generation, enhancement, transcription, subtitles, and production efficiency, while reviewing outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Apply pacing, transitions, color correction, sound balancing, graphics, and captions appropriate to each project and intended audience.
• Organize source files and project assets, maintain consistent naming and version control, and deliver exports in required formats and aspect ratios.
• Coordinate with team members to clarify briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet agreed production deadlines.
• Stay current with video editing methods and AI capabilities, and recommend practical improvements to the workflow.

This is a Lahore-based, on-site opportunity. The successful candidate will bring care, creativity, and reliability to everyday video production and quality checks.

Job Specification

• Hands-on video editing ability, including timeline editing, trimming, sequencing, and managing multiple media types.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted video or media tools and the ability to assess generated content for factual, visual, and audio quality.
• Competence with color correction, audio cleanup and balancing, transitions, motion graphics, captions, and subtitles.
• Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, composition, and adapting content to different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Ability to export videos with appropriate resolution, codecs, frame rates, and file organization.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, time management, and responsiveness to constructive feedback.
