Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Operation & Maintenance of HLR & VAS Network.
• Handle customer complaints (corporate & commercial) and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage configuration, troubleshoot issues, and engage vendor support.
• Support projects and upgrades; maintain documentation and reports.
