Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is seeking a skilled AI/ML & Data Engineer to design and deploy AI solutions, engage clients to understand requirements, and drive opportunities to closure. You will build, train, and optimize models, and integrate them with backend services.

Ideal candidates have a CS/AI/DS degree and at least 1 year of hands-on AI/ML experience, with strong Python skills, data preprocessing, and teamwork. This role offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
• Experience explaining approaches, implementations, and results.
• Understanding ML lifecycle from data prep to deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and optimize ML models for real-world apps.
• Data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering.
• Implement ML and DL algorithms to solve business problems.
• Develop AI-powered apps using LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI.
• Build and integrate RAG pipelines and vector databases as needed.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate models into applications via REST APIs and backend services.
• Assist in deploying models to production and maintaining performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Maintain clean, reusable, documented code and follow best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML tech and trends.
