Job summary

Fatima Group in Lahore is seeking an experienced AI Integration Expert to develop, deploy, and integrate AI frameworks across ERP, cloud, and data platforms. You will design robust pipelines, APIs, and data workflows to accelerate enterprise AI adoption while aligning with IT and business leads.

The role combines hands-on technical work with cross-functional coordination, focusing on data mesh concepts, security by design, and scalable architectures to support large-scale AI/LLM workloads.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in data engineering or integration roles in manufacturing or ERP-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI frameworks integrated with core business apps.
• Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines for AI adoption.
• Prepare and enrich data for AI agents using RAG models and vector DBs.
• Ensure security by design across data integration activities.
• Promote scalable federated data architectures (data mesh) for AI expansion.
• Maintain documentation, metadata tagging, and data lineage.
• Collaborate with IT, AI teams, and functional leads to align data requirements.
• Integrate with AI/ML platforms (Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Build pipelines for text, image, audio, and video data ingestion.
• Optimize pipelines for large-scale AI/LLM workloads.

We are looking for an experienced AI Integration Expert who will be responsible for the development, deployment, and integration of AI frameworks with various enterprise applications. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong project coordination skills to drive cross-functional AI initiatives across departments such as supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and e-commerce

Key Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust AI frameworks integrated with core business applications (Oracle ERP, Cloud applications, ECM, IOT, DCS etc)
• Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines to facilitate seamless AI adoption
• Prepare and enrich data for AI agents using RAG models and vector databases
• Ensure security by design is embedded across all data integration activities
• Promote a scalable and federated data architecture (data mesh) to support future AI expansion
• Maintain documentation, metadata tagging, and lineage tracking for transparency
• Collaborate closely with IT, AI team, and functional leads to align data requirements and ensure operational value
• Integrate with AI/ML platforms (Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Build pipelines for text, image, audio, and video data ingestion.
• Optimize pipelines to handle large-scale AI/LLM workloads efficiently

• Strong hands-on experience with ERP, cloud applications, enterprise content management or similar enterprise applications
• Exposure to AI data flows or analytic-driven environments is a strong advantage
• Languages & Tools: SQL, Python, PL/SQL, Apache Airflow, Langraph , Langchain , REST APIs, Kafka
• Systems & Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS/Azure Data Lake, NoSQL
• AI Alignment: Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus etc.), embedding (OpenAI, Cohere), RAG pipelines
• Data Management: Data cataloging, validation frameworks, observability tools

Requirements

• Masters degree in computer science or a related field, or a bachelors degree with equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 5 years in data engineering or integration roles, ideally within manufacturing or ERP-driven industries
