Job summary

Bricks Tech is seeking a Product Manager to lead client projects end-to-end, coordinating designers, engineers, and clients to turn visions into scoped, shippable plans and launches. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, balance quality with velocity, and own multiple projects concurrently.

Bring 3–5 years of product management experience, a strong eye for design, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools and AI-enabled products is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in agency, startup, or software.
• Proven track record of shipping and launching projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own client projects from kickoff to launch with scope and budget.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent client builds at different stages.
• Lead demos, check-ins, and manage client expectations.
• Translate goals into clear scope and feasibility with the team.
• Collaborate with designers to shape product experience and UX.
• Coordinate internal resources for high-quality execution.
• Maintain realistic project plans and communicate status.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes; document decisions.
• Anticipate risks and surface blockers early; escalate when needed.
• Maintain strong client/vendor relationships for repeat work.
