Job summary

MotionDock is hiring an AI Video Editor to create daily 1–2 minute videos using a mix of AI-generated content and traditional editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

We're hiring an AI Video Editor to produce short, high-quality 1–2 minute videos every day — using AI generation tools combined with traditional editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Video styles include UGC, anime, and realistic AI-generated content.

This role is open to fresh graduates and early-career editors. We care more about energy, curiosity, and creative thinking than years of experience.

Work Setup:

• Onsite role with flexible shift timing
• Official work hours are 9 hours/day, but we run on a work-based setting — once your daily tasks are done, you're free to head home

Responsibilities:

• Produce at least one 1–2 minute video per day (UGC, anime, or realistic style)
• Write prompts and use AI tools to generate video/image assets
• Edit and finalize videos in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Contribute original concepts and creative ideas for content direction
• Keep up with trends, films, and reference content for inspiration
• Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision

What We Prioritize When Hiring (in order):

• Personality – Energetic, proactive, engaging, and dependable. Someone who genuinely enjoys watching movies/shows and creative sessions, and takes ownership of their work.
• Talent – A plus if you build things on the side (AI tools, games, personal projects) or study creativity/storytelling. Strong original ideas count just as much if you don't have a specific hobby project.
• Skills – Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools/prompting for image or video generation
