Job summary

TriVA Global is seeking an experienced AI Content Creator (Video Editor) to transform raw footage into engaging content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X. You will edit long-form content (podcasts, webinars) and craft motion graphics, captions, transitions, and AI-generated visuals.

The role requires strong storytelling, asset optimization for each platform, and collaboration with marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in the listed editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro).
• Experience with AI tools for content creation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X).
• Edit long-form content (podcasts, interviews, webinars).
• Create motion graphics, captions, transitions, animations, and VFX.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
• Develop hooks and maintain pacing throughout videos.
• Create AI-generated visuals and B-roll.

About the Role:

TriVA Global is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and technically skilled AI Content Creator (Video Editor) who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention visual content across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced editing expertise, strong storytelling abilities, AI-powered content creation skills, and experience managing content production workflows using modern project management methodologies and collaboration tools.

This role requires someone who not only edits videos but also contributes creative ideas, optimizes content for platform performance, leverages AI tools to increase productivity, and collaborates closely with marketing, branding, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
• Edit long-form content, including podcasts, interviews, webinars, and educational videos.
• Create engaging motion graphics, captions, transitions, animations, and visual effects.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks and maintain strong pacing throughout videos.
• Create AI-generated visuals, B-roll, and supporting graphics where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistent brand identity and storytelling.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media editing trends and AI tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (Preferred), Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro or similar editing tools. Experience with AI Tools (Higgsfield AI, Runway ML, Kling AI, VEO, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ChatGPT is preferred.
• Excellent sense of pacing, motion graphics, color correction, visual composition, storytelling, typography, thumbnail creation and sound design.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of color grading and correction.
• Basic graphic design and animation skills.
• Experience with social media video formats and trends.
