• Practical experience performing manual farm labor, planting, harvesting, crop care.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic mechanized equipment safely (hoes, spades, wheelbarrows, hand sprayers).

• Basic knowledge of irrigation methods and ability to follow watering schedules.
• Familiarity with safe handling and basic application of approved agricultural inputs under supervision.
• Basic record-keeping for simple task logs or harvest counts.
• Local language communication and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Experience with silage baling and related field operations; tractor operating experience.
