Responsibilities
  • Process bills and invoices efficiently using SAP software, ensuring accuracy and timely handling in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Maintain and update records related to administrative activities, financial transactions, and other critical data to ensure comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide consistent clerical support including document filing, data entry, and record management to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Handle various official documents carefully, ensuring proper classification, safekeeping, and timely retrieval as required by internal departments.
  • Coordinate communication and professional interactions with departments such as Finance, Audit, and the Central Office to support cross‑functional administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of official correspondence, reports, and notices to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
  • Support administrative processes by organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing office supplies to enhance overall productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to streamline administrative workflows and contribute to continuous process improvements.
