Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange financial statements on a monthly and daily basis.
  • Prepare and organize all files and tax reports, including essential company incomes at local, federal, and state levels.
  • Support assessment activities.
  • Prepare records of profit and loss statements, monthly costs, and closing accounting records.
  • Compile and analyze financial data for better understanding of financial entries, especially for broad ledger accounts.
  • Review and monitor the accounting process for accuracy, effectiveness, and comprehensiveness.
  • Analyze expenditures and revenues, providing suggestions and proposals for financial planning and accounting improvements.
  • Resolve accounting issues through inquiries and establishing a more organized auditing system.
  • Explain accounting policies and billing invoices to vendors, staff, and clients.
  • Identify and address accounting inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and develop financial data support systems, manual filing systems, and computer software systems.
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
