About the Role:

The role involves supporting accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and completing tasks in a timely manner.

Job Type: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions (e.g., accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
• May provide support with tax preparation activities (depending on qualifications).

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in restaurant accounting is a must.
• CA Finalist or ACCA Affiliate/Member/Accounting & Finance Graduates.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (IFRS or US GAAP).
• Hands-on experience using R365 (Restaurant365) accounting software is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, XERO) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
