The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years of relevant experience, proficient in financial reporting and standards. ERP Software Implementation: Help to develop and optimize ERP systems to improve and automate financial operations.
Financial Record Integrity: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to standard accounting principles.
Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare and report monthly/quarterly financial management statements (profit and loss statements, balances, and cash flows).
Sales Tax Administration: Sales tax calculations, returns, and payments as well as compliance with relevant regulations.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage and oversee the invoicing, the collections, and the reconciliation of customer accounts.
Automation: Detect missed opportunities to automate the existing manual process and suggest process improvement.
Audit Preparation: Help to prepare for internal and external audits and ensure the necessary documentation is readily available.
