ERP Software Implementation: Help to develop and optimize ERP systems to improve and automate financial operations.

Financial Record Integrity: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to standard accounting principles.

Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare and report monthly/quarterly financial management statements (profit and loss statements, balances, and cash flows).

Sales Tax Administration: Sales tax calculations, returns, and payments as well as compliance with relevant regulations.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage and oversee the invoicing, the collections, and the reconciliation of customer accounts.

Automation: Detect missed opportunities to automate the existing manual process and suggest process improvement.

Audit Preparation: Help to prepare for internal and external audits and ensure the necessary documentation is readily available.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with ERP implementation (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, GAAP, and sales tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
