Your Role

As an Operations & Analytics Specialist, you will take ownership of critical tools and processes that support supply chain operations, forecasting, and performance analytics.

• Manage and execute key operational processes, including:
• Box and product‑level forecasting
• Box pick logic (from orders to fulfillment)
• Logistics analytics
• Customer care analytics
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on your assigned tools, data flows, and processes
• Work cross‑functionally to optimize and streamline data pipelines
• Continuously improve tools, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and smarter operations

• Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau
• Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages
