Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support an Australian accounting practice from Clark, Philippines. The role is onsite, full-time with a daytime shift, focusing on BAS lodgment, Xero & Hubdoc bookkeeping, and management accounting.

You will independently handle end-to-end BAS, process transactions, prepare reports, and assist with payroll and grant administration while maintaining clear communication via Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• BAS preparation and lodgment end-to-end with accuracy.
• Experience with Australian BAS compliance is preferred.
• 3+ years accounting work experience and reliable attendance.
• Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• BAS Preparation & Lodgment: independently prepare and lodge BAS from end to end.
• Xero & Hubdoc Bookkeeping: process transactions, reconciliations, and automate recurring items.
• Management Accounts & Financial Reporting: monthly/quarterly reports, schedules, GL balances.
• Payroll & Grant Administration: payroll runs and grant-related financial analysis.
• Workflow & Communication Management: maintain Teams presence and escalate Queries promptly.
