Job summary
Maxicare Health Care in the Philippines is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Focus) to join our Primary Care team. You will perform X-ray imaging with emphasis on patient safety and comfort, assist with positioning, and collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnoses.
The role requires a BS Radiologic Technology, PRC license, and strong knowledge of imaging positioning, anatomy, and radiation safety.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology.
- Must be PRC-licensed.
- Strong knowledge of imaging positioning, anatomy, and radiation safety.
- Proficient in operating X-ray machines and basic troubleshooting.
- Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and dignity.
- Assist patients in proper positioning and educate them throughout the procedure.
- Collaborate with doctors to support fast, accurate diagnoses.
- Follow radiation safety standards and help troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Maintain patient records and imaging logs with attention to accuracy.
- Perform administrative tasks related to radiology procedures.
