Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMGSEAC) is seeking qualified Special Inspectors with certifications in one or more disciplines including structural steel, cold-formed metal and steel, concrete, soil, masonry, foundation elements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Inspectors will verify compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications across diverse projects worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Valid Special Inspection Certification in at least one of the listed disciplines.
Strong knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to varying work environments.
Updated passport (preferred).

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections in assigned discipline(s) according to international and local building codes.
Document findings with clear, accurate reports.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Travel globally to project sites as required.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
