Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant for the Taguig area on a hybrid schedule. You will contribute to the delivery of integration solutions and support project execution across client initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, brings 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a similar role, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and development methodologies.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus.

• Assist in managing a team responsible for package software development.
• Support project execution and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
• Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to team members.

Essential Job Functions:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
• Technical knowledge in package applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
