Job summary

PRU LIFE UK is hiring a Sales/Insurance Agent in the Philippines. Engage clients through online presentations with flexible 2–4 hour daily schedules. No door-to-door activity, and you will help families make informed financial choices while building your own success story.

Successful candidates educate on financial literacy, may be fresh grads mentored by the team, and must have a laptop with webcam and a smartphone. Travel for incentives and meetings will be part of the role.

• Willing to regularly travel for incentive trips, attend unit and branch meetings, and proactively participate in other extra‑curricular team activities
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Must be equipped with a laptop/PC with webcam and smartphone
• Has good communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Helps clients create financial plans to achieve their goals.
• Answers client's financial questions and addresses concerns.
• Builds long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborates with other financial planners.
• We assess the financial needs of individuals and help them with decisions on investments and insurance. We help clients plan for short- and long‑term goals, such as budgeting for expenses and saving through investments.
