Your role would be as a full web developer, with the main focus being on WordPress development (PHP development and front‑end work). Your typical projects involve taking a design from the client (in either PSD or Sketch) and creating a custom, fully working WordPress theme from that. The primary tasks include transforming a beautiful design into a pixel‑perfect working WordPress theme. The workload typically consists of 50–70% on an ongoing project, with the remainder spent on miscellaneous tasks and issue handling for a client retainer portfolio of around 50 clients each month.

Qualifications

• Excellent WordPress theme/plugin skills
• Experience with WooCommerce
• Good PHP coding knowledge (best‑practice and familiarity with basic PHP such as functions, classes, looping, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
