Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection, setup, and preventive maintenance of Wirecut machines and supporting equipment
• Operate Wirecut (EDM) machines efficiently according to job specifications and technical drawings
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical issues related to the machine
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the Wirecut area and equipment
• Assist in monitoring machine performance and report any irregularities or deviations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and company policies
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to meet required output and quality standards

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as Wirecut Operator
• If NO experience — Willing to undergo 3-month training with pay.
• Experience in the precision tooling industry is an advantage
• Amenable to work a shifting Schedule
• Ability to interpret and understand drawings
