We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial windows, ensuring that they are in optimal condition for safety, energy efficiency, and aesthetics. You will work with a variety of window types, including single-pane, double-pane, and specialized windows.

• Inspect and assess damaged or broken windows to determine the extent of repairs needed.
• Repair or replace broken window panes, frames, seals, and hardware.
• Install new windows and perform necessary adjustments for proper fit and function.
• Utilize tools such as glass cutters, sealants, putty, and adhesives to perform repairs.
• Ensure that windows are sealed properly to improve energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain the scope of work and provide updates.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including care of tools and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and materials used for each job.
