Completes site hazard and safety analysis on Security and Safety and document details in the site plan.
Drafts an effective Security and Safety plan with appropriate safety standards to curb potential accidents and incidents.
Effective management of OSH programs through inspection, audit, and validation for proper implementation.
Handles renewal of OSH permits and licenses and constantly monitors to avoid fines and penalties.
Address all OSH non‑compliance issues through effective communication and coordination with functional teams.
Performs regular inspections of site and offices to ensure safety rules and procedures are followed.
Conducts investigations and analyses of all accidents or hazardous situations.
Conducts site OSH visits to check conditions and coach the site team as needed.
Ensures employees and contractors' awareness of OSH standards by implementing training programs.
Prepares all OSH reports required by customers and regulatory agencies.
Prepares summary of OSH Plans, programs, incident reports, and accomplishment reports.
