Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Wind Execution Project Supervisor to oversee construction execution, testing, and turnover of wind power projects from site to operations. You will coordinate with civil, electrical, WTG, and substation teams, monitor progress, and manage safety, quality, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in power or infrastructure projects, proficiency in project management tools, and experience with EPC contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in power plant engineering, construction, project execution, EPC projects, or major infrastructure/capital projects.
• Experience with EPC contracts, variation/change management, and progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate wind project construction activities (civil, electrical, WTG foundation, roads, substations, and logistics).
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and readiness; report variances and risks.
• Coordinate across multiple project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, safety, and quality.
