Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager in the Philippines to lead civil engineering for utility-scale wind farm projects, review designs, and oversee site investigations while coordinating with EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and regional leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, PRC licensure, 5–10 years of wind-energy delivery experience, strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D/QGIS skills, and a proven track record in managing schedules, budgets, and construction quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PRC licensure is required.
• 5–10 years of wind energy project delivery experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing civil infrastructure including roads, drainage, bridges, foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering activities for wind farm projects in the Philippines.
• Review, validate, and manage engineering designs for roads, drainage, bridges, culverts, jetties, and turbine foundations.
• Oversee site investigations including topographical surveys and geotechnical studies.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Manage inputs during development, permitting, tendering, and construction stages.
• Supervise on-site execution, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Oversee jetty construction and upgrades for wind turbine components.
• Review routes, bridges, logistics, and heavy haul requirements for turbine delivery.
• Monitor schedules, contractor performance, and construction productivity.
• Manage civil budgets, CAPEX, cost estimates, and contractor claims.
• Prepare progress reports and risk assessments.
