Job summary

Vena Group in Metro Manila seeks a project leader to guide tendering, contracting, and planning for TSA and BOP works. You will coordinate with OE and cross‑functional teams to protect company interests and ensure compliant project delivery.

The role requires strong engineering/PM background, budgeting and stakeholder communication skills, and a track record in leading project execution and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP and related certifications are an advantage.
• Solid experience in tendering and contracting with OE or similar stakeholders.
• Strong project planning background to safeguard company interests in TSA/BOP works.
• Proven track record in leading project execution and managing cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiating - participate in tendering/contracting and designate OE; planning to safeguard Vena's interests.
• Executing - ensure projects are implemented per Vena's requirements; facilitate issue resolution; lead the project team through changes.
• Monitoring and Controlling - monitor progress, manage budget, ensure milestones are reached, compare actual vs planned progress.
• Closing - work with Contractors to secure delivery; review contractor work; archive project files.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
