Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience in credit investigation, field verification, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and trustworthy.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
• Must relocate to assigned branches/areas when necessary.
• Must attend trainings and seminars.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit investigations and background verification of applicants.
• Verify applicant's personal, employment, residence, and financial information.
• Conduct field visits and interviews with applicants and references.
• Assess and validate information gathered during the investigation.
• Prepare accurate and timely credit investigation reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Branch personnel regarding credit applications.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and credit documents.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented Credit Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough credit investigations, verifying applicant information, assessing creditworthiness, and providing accurate reports to support sound credit decisions.

Qualifications:
